Reached $700K Networth!

This morning 31F, (single, no kids, VHCOL) reached $700k net worth! Last year, around this time I just reached $400k net worth (in old post) and it's incredible how compound interest can increase within a year. A $300K run-up is madness to me, but I'm not complaining. Next goal is 1M by 36, but first, a trip to Italy to celebrate this year!
