Mines volume randomly turns down or it will turn off even though the battery is nowhere near low and the back is shattered. But…it still works. Should I hold off or am I being unreasonable at this point? It’s an iPhone 12

If it is hampering your daily life, you should change. Frugality shouldn’t come at the expense of peace of mind
If it’s causing you stress. Usually I’d recommend repairing it, but man that doesn’t look like a fun repair.
