Realistically, about 7 years IF they can pull off their current plan.

Intel new moore’s rule: how to half market cap every couple of years.

I will never not laugh at the delusions of intel bulls. Almost feel bad for them, almost. But they choose to be regarded ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4640)

    4. If it’s a meme stock, it’s one still raking in $55 billion a year in revenue and about to be set up as a vital national security monopoly for the production of advanced chips.

All the cash from that massive semi conductor bill the dems passed hasnt helped either.

When short float hits above 10%, so probably never. Low risk, low reward stock and a nice place to tuck money for institutions.

Intel is cheap right now, and has a roughly 10 year upswing coming with the chip sector being considered a national security issue. Here’s something to strongly consider, Ukraine produces roughly half of the high grade neon used in chip lithography, impacting supply, this is in the face rampant demand, additionally TSMC, produces the lions share of high grade chips, and both intel and TSMC are building chip production facilities in the US, most notably in Arizona where they are under construction on major projects. With LLMs and focus on AI, national security interests, and intels focus on expanding to meet market demands I would see Intel as a potential long term investment over the next 10 years.

    8. I see Intel going back to 50/60s this year

Too much overflow demand for Nvidia will have to go somewhere

    9. nope. everything could fall in to place perfectly and the CEO say ” No AI plans for us this decade. We’re going to focus on our core products tyvm!”

    10. Sad, and the worst part is that they’re heading to trash bins of U.S. corporate corpses like Kodak and Xerox.

It would have to have forsaken all hope of ever recovering or generating value first. I don’t think we’re there yet.

    12. I’m posting from 1990 and it’s a great company at the forefront of technology

Nvidia should buy intc just for patents and people alone never mind the rest

    14. INTC will be kicked out of Dow Jones very soon, NVDA will take over the spot.

    15. Why is ASML missing? $ 387 billion market cap, and way more important in the semiconductor industry than Texas Instruments
