In today’s video we’re discussing cryptocurrency. More specifically, we take a look at cryptocurrency as an investment choice, and whether or not you should be considering buying cryptocurrency now. Crypto as an asset class has performed exceptionally well as of late, with the likes of Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and Chainlink all producing astonishing gains at one point or another in the last year. However, the fact remains that cryptocurrency is a highly volatile and speculative financial asset. Therefore, there are certain considerations which must be taken on board when deciding whether or not you should be investing in cryptocurrencies.
For example, questions such as:
– What is my tolerance for risk?
– What is my financial situation?
– What is my level of financial experience/education?
These questions are at the forefront of every investment decision, and the answers must guide the investments that you ultimately make. So in this video we take a look at what cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is, its characteristics as an investment choice, and whether or not cryptocurrency is a suitable investment for the average investor.
