Australia’s minerals industry is a key driver of economic activity and employs more than 240,000 people in highly-skilled, high-value jobs. Continued growth and sustainability will depend on the industry being able to attract and keep people with the skills, behaviours and capabilities industry needs now and into the future.
The Mining Skills Organisation Pilot is focused on contributing to this effort through its Attraction and Retention project hub.
