Ripple XRP – Gary Gensler Will Throw Out SEC Lawsuit? & Token Taxonomy Act Reintroduced!

Former SEC Commissioner Paul Atkins said the new SEC Chairman, Gary Gensler, could withdraw the lawsuit against Ripple XRP. Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) reintroduced his signature Token Taxonomy Act to congress. This bill establishes much looked-for clarity for businesses, consumers, and regulators operating in the growing U.S. blockchain ecosystem. Digital asset management firm Grayscale might be on the cusp of trying to launch a bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF), according to new job postings. Israeli pension company Altshuler Shaham has sunk $100 million into the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC). Digital Currency Group, the parent of Grayscale, said it’s authorized the purchase of up to $250 million worth of the lagging shares of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC), its subsidiary’s flagship product.
