Is Ethereum the greatest trade in the World?
Two incredibly successful investors, macro ex hedge fund manager Raoul Pal and ARK invest leader Cathie Wood definitely think so.
In this video, we will go over why both investors are so Bullish on Ethereum, why they think it can go to 20,000 dollars per Ethereum, and why Cathie Wood has been making Ethereum purchases in her funds. For those that haven’t seen it, the Ethereum London HardFork went live yesterday, and immediately Ethereum began getting burnt.
Already, over 10,000 million dollars worth of Ethereum has been burnt, making the asset much closer to being deflationary. Make sure to stick around to the end of the video where we cover some on-chain Ethereum data which suggests that a huge supply squeeze is coming.
In October, Pal started observing the chart of ETH/BTC. He checked the stock-to-flow model and used Metcalfe’s Law to value the network which says a network has value proportionate to the number of people on it and the number of interconnections they have with each other. So, this law applied to Bitcoin. He realized Ethereum had the same price mechanism as Bitcoin.
