Marwa Elselehdar overcame huge adversity to succeed as Egypt’s first female sea captain in a male dominated industry. So she was shocked and outraged to discover she was at the centre of fake news that she was to blame for the Ever Given ship running aground and blocking the Suez Canal, costing billions of pounds in global trade, even though she was miles away. Marwa joins us to tell us about the impact of these rumours and why she feels she was targeted for being female.
