Ubisoft, NFTs, and “The Blockchain” explained

Thanks to ExpressVPN for sponsoring our channel http://expressvpn.com/inside

Ubisoft announced earlier this week their plans to begin development on games that include NFT’s and blockchain technology.

In today’s video, we provide a simple explanation for NFTs and how they work as well as some examples of how they could be used in a game. We also break down blockchain tech and the metaverse – all under a tidy five minutes!

It’s still pretty early but as far as Ubisoft plans are concerned we should probably assume the worst considering there are serious issues with the NFT marketplace and blockchain technology is still currently very bad for the environment.
