What do I do?

I did this withholding calculator because I have multiple jobs. I thought it would tell me what to put on line 4(c) of my new W4 and/or if I need to update my existing W4, but instead it tells me owe 540 dollars and I still don't know what to put on line 4(c). Am I cooked?
