WY LLC elected as C-corp files W9 or W‑8BEN

I'm a non US resident, single member, looking to create a WY LLC and elect it as C-corp. Will the LLC file W9 or W‑8BEN forms?

Edit: I'm new and doesn't really know much about it, just want to know/make sure that WY LLC elected as C-corp files W9 so the LLC gets 0% Tax with holding
