Moved out of NYC 5 years ago, kept paying NYC tax….

As title states. Moved out of NYC 5 years ago and just realized they've been taking $50/$60 weekly out of my check for the past 5 years. I still work in the city but do not live in the city any more I am still in NYS. Just wondering before I do my taxes, how do I go about getting this money back?
