I did my taxes on a IRS approved affiliate OLT. But after putting in my taxes, it calculated that my return would be 13k. Which is a crazy amount considering my AGI is below 50k. I double checked my w2 and I input everything right. But there is a suspicious number in box 12b stating a value of 13k near the value of my calculated tax return. If my W2 is wrong, would it only be my W2 with the error? Would my coworks encounter the same thing? Should I bring it up to my manager or directly call the branch of my company responsible for W2s?

What code is in 12b? There should be a capital letter like A B C D DD etc. Make sure you entered the proper code. Do not enter it as a B.(unless it is “B”) Because capital B is not the same as b.
