I’ve only worked 4 months now and made less than $2000. I put exempt on my w2 form and didn’t get money withheld. When I look it up single person making like $15,000 yearly is supposed to file and I made nowhere near. They also want me to claim 1 one sibling. Good or bad idea? I don’t want anything backfiring on me

Why do they want you to claim the sibling? Can they not claim them? It seems unlikely you can claim your sibling as you yourself can be claimed as a dependent.
You don’t have to file, correct, at least not federally.
