Forgot to add HSA distributions

Hello all,

I filed my taxes last month and thought all was well until I realized I didn’t include the HSA distributions. I’m no longer contributing to that, no gains either so only using the funds.

I will need to amend my tax return, and when I try to do that using FreeTaxUSA I am unable to see the form added to my e file. I can add a reason for the amendment but can’t include the form. However, I see the form under “these are for your own records. Don’t mail these to the IRS”

Anybody has been through this before who can share if they sent that form separately?
