My boyfriend and I aren’t married and we have three young children. He worked all of 2025 while I only worked 3 months bc the restaurant I worked at closed and i was on unemployment for 6 months and got pregnant w my third. When we filed taxes he obviously was going to get a better refund for the two children we already had. I noticed yesterday when I was checking the IRS site that the accountant filed single instead of HOH. Can I amend this?
