I filed my 2025 taxes as married (married in 2026) for my partner and I, but I was being an idiots and failed to realize that it doesn't apply to the 2025 tax year. I e-filed an amendment with freetaxusa to change my status to single and remove my partner, but now my partner can't file her taxes because her SSN is being flagged as already submitted.
How can she go about filing her taxes for 2025? is it possible submit another amendment that doesn't "overwrite" the previous one?

Print out her return on paper. SIGN AND DATE in the designated spaces. Mail. Send state and federal returns to separate addresses.
