Good evening all,
We are owed about 1300.00 from our NYS tax refund. We did our taxes at the end of January and it is now April 6th. The whole time, we have received the following message online:
“We have received your return and it is being processed. No further information is available at this time.”
Has anyone else received this message/did anyone from NY actually receive their refund? This is the first year that NYS owes us and man is it taking a while!
Any and all information is greatly appreciated.
