Hello,
I stepped away from my PC shortly for a moment and it auto-logged out. Upon attempting to log back in I am getting a “The page you’re looking for is no longer available” error.
I’ve tried all the suggestions I’ve seen on Google search — clearing cache, using a different web browser, even using a different PC. Nothing is working.
Taxes obviously are due in about 3 hours. Any ideas how to fix this? TaxAct isn’t answering their support line right now.

I’m in this boat. What to do?? Was about to finish filing.
Nothing you can do but wait and see if they resolve the system issue on their end. These kinds of issues are what often happens when everyone who waited until the last minute tries to get it done before midnight, and the system becomes overwhelmed.
Or I guess you could start over with a different tax prep site.
It looks like they have a global rate limit on their system – at least when I tried to log on and found this in the URL bar:
error=&error_description=Global+rate+limit+exceeded
It’s pretty ridiculous that this happens at peak even though it’s one of the most anticipatable events of the year. I switched over to FreeTaxUSA for this year and probably won’t be going back to TaxAct despite using them for virtually my entire working life.
You should file an extension.

Depending on your state, they may or many not want you to file a separate extension.
