I used Sprintax to prepare returns but they still have not returned my state returns even though they said they would be prepared within 5 business days. I'm so stressed and I really regret my decision now. What's worse is that their customer service is so irresponsible. They just keep saying that filing late by a few days is fine. At this point, I'm wondering if I should file on my own, even if I filed for extension. Any similar experience with Sprintax and whether you got a refund?
