I e-filed my taxes through Free File Fillable Forms on April 13 and promptly received an email stating my return was "successfully queued for transmission" and that I would receive an email in 24-48 hours showing whether my filing was accepted or rejected. I haven't received anything since, and E-File Status on FFFF says "Transmitted." Where's My Refund returns "Refund status unavailable."
I should be getting a refund, so I'm not particularly worried about the timeline, but I would like to make sure there isn't anything I can do to speed things along. Is this wait time normal? Has anyone found a way to contact FFFF support with issues like this?
