As the title says I forgot about a 1099 DA form that just came into my head because I remembered I cashed out my cryptocurrency from coin base. It was only $350.00 that I received and I think I put more than $600 into it. I was just sick of getting notifications someone was trying to hack my account so pulled it all out to wash my hands. Will an amendment be the simple fix for this? I filed on the 10th of April I believe.

Yes, amend. Looks like you have a capital loss, so you’ll get a small refund.
I had something similar i forgot to include my 1099da and it had about 1600 transaction I amended ans they accepted it and processed with no issues so dont worry
