NY State Tax Now Says “Needs Further Review”

After 2.5 months of processesing, my NY tax refund status now says "Needs Further Review". Is this a good sign or bad sign? Could it just mean they finally got to it? My return is extremely simple…. no credits or anything complex except for normal W2s and bank account interest.
