I’m reviewing a structure where a UAE company earns management fees from short term rental properties located overseas, while also managing bookings and potentially collecting guest payments, with a local company handling on-ground operations. Would this typically create permanent establishment risk in the country where the property is located? And from a UAE Corporate Tax perspective, is the management fee generally treated as UAE service income only? Any general insight would be appreciated
