I [miraculously, it seems, based on how long some people have been waiting] received my NYS tax refund, but I also qualified to receive the Empire State Child Credit. I submitted the form when I filed– anyone know by chance when that credit is supposed to hit accounts? Was it supposed to come with the refund?
