W4 from work update after marriage

Hi, I got married January 2026 and updated the ADP W4 after 2 months after but there was no changes in the deduction. I was advised by HR to visit them to fill up W4 on paper and submit it to payroll department. My wife is not working, never worked since she came to the US because she's still waiting for her immigration documents to legally work for idk how long. Any tips on how to fill up the W4 to lower my taxes? We are living on my 1 income. Would appreciate the response. Thank you. I earn around 140k annually on W2 and the taxes was painful for the past years because I was single lol.
