Relinquishing Greencard and realizing I need to file taxes :(

Hello, I have had a greencard since 2015 but have been living in Germany since 2016. Since my family lives in the US I have been returning one a year for less than a month. Now that I have Germann Passport I informed myself about renouncing the greendcard (i though that since it was expired it counted as renounced) but I realized I have to formally renounce it with a form I-407. In that form I also realized that I should have been filing taxes until now (I trully did not know especially as I have been a student until last year). Now I have read a lot and discovered I would need to file a streamlined procedure and since im pretty poor I cannot pay someone to do that for me.
I have prepared the IRS forms 1440, the schedule 1 and the form 2555 for the years 2021-2025. Now I know i have to present my FBARS for the same years and the form 14653.
I wanted to ask if someone has any tips or has been in a similar position. From what I have read, once I send the tax forms and they are approved, I can file the form i-407 right? I would also like to visit my family this year (with an esta) and dont know when this will be possible as it would have to be after everything is approved and my GC relinquished right?
