No refund this year after move across the country.

So I moved to Ohio from Mississippi, and when last year I received ~$400 in my refund, in 2025 I suddenly owe the government. I'm not sure where the discrepancy comes from, other than withholding issues from the move. I even made a thousand less dollars this year, down from 28,000 to 27,000, which I thought would result in less taxes owed, yet my owed taxes went up from ~1400 to ~1800.

Any ideas, did i miss something, or do I jusy have to tank the 150 payment and move on with my life?
