I submitted my Colorado taxes on March 12th through TurboTax (I’ve used turbo tax for 10 years). When I check the “where’s my refund?” revenue site, it says it’s received and processing still. I called the helpline and they‘re saying they never received my taxes? The lady on the phone was less than helpful and just kept saying she doesnt know. Do I have to refile? why would their website say received but she couldn’t see anything?
