Where to find good Cross Border Tax advisory?

Hey guys, I am planning to move to Cape Town after my graduation and found a company there. I had an initial call today with a cross border tax advisory but they quoted me R11,500 for the actual consultancy after telling me in the first call that I can expect to pay R7000 at max.

So, for everyone that knows/has some experience, can you guys recommend any cross border tax advisors that have a bit more realistic prices in south africa? i just need a little bit advise on how to structure the company based on my current and future situation & plans.
