Anyone still waiting for NY mailed tax refund to show up?

I mailed my NY state tax return on April 15th (refund return, not payment due). It’s been about 25 days, and when I check the refund status online, it says:

> “We do not have any information about your return at this time. E-filed returns could take one week to post to our system; mailed returns can take up to three weeks to post to our system.”

I had to paper file because of a complicated RSU/stock situation. I’m sure I used the correct mailing address, but I didn’t use tracking/certified mail, so now I’m worried it may have gotten lost or never received.

Anyone else in the same situation this year with NY paper returns? Is the “up to 3 weeks” estimate just overly optimistic?
