I was a victim of wage theft in November of 2025. Finally just received my wages in the mail, delivered as gross pay. I don't expect to receive more tax forms from this employer and its obviously past the tax season. I live in PA. Aside from putting aside the approximate amount I would expect to be taxed, what steps should I take to be on top of my taxes?

I should be clear that no additional payment was given beyond my backpay. There were no lawyer fees that had to be covered or interest paid for the delay as far as I am aware.

    Thanks very much.
