Need advice on how to go about handling my past taxes

So I'm trying to get my life together and finally went to go get my license but have a registration block due to rita taxes and not filling my taxes from 2022 I haven't filed my taxes for 2022, 2023,2024, or 2025 cause I owe 5k from 2022 due to not knowing how to file tax forms out correctly. But does anyone know how I can file or if there are any tax forms to maybe get my debt erased or lowered and file these old tax forms any help would be awesome thanks boys
