    The Algorand network is powered by its own native currency, the ALGO coin. ALGO is used to pay for transaction fees on the network, and is the form of payment for rewards. Holding ALGO also gives each user a chance to participate in network consensus which is done secretly.

    ALGO is an ISO 20022 compliant cryptocurrency. In case you aren’t aware, ISO 20022 is an upcoming standard system for financial information.       Good insights. Algo's inflation is about 24% per year which means if adoption doesn't go up, price will go down. Interesting to see what happens

      The US government will squeeze you out before it gets up to $5. Look what they're doing to XRP. if XRP is a security guess what, they're all gonna be securities and the only way you'll be able to invest in these technologies is to be an accredited investor. Meaning if you're not already a rich connected, wallstreet millionaire….you will be politely told GTFO.

      Technologicaly Algorand is just like Cardano, just much more centralised. Bearing that in mind the choice between the two should be obvious…

      algo has only been up and running for 4 years, needs to last many more years without fail before banks and countries adopt it, will be big for sure but I believe in the long term
