I filed online on Apr 11th using Freetaxusa and federal and state got accepted but the federal tax owed didn’t get deducted yet. Should I be worried ? The CA tax owed got deducted from my checking account so the account details are correct.

As long as the Federal was accepted, I wouldn’t worry about the direct debit. It might take a few days. Just make sure you entered the correct bank information.
