Santa Barbara tax group

Hi! I did my taxes through freetaxusa with the help of someone my refund was 1,720 but it got reduced to 1,172 it got sent out but i only got 265….is that normal? it states on the irs website im supposed to be getting 1,172….and it says it on my tax transcript im so confused
