I filed tax through turbo tax, it was submitted and IRS received it. I owed around $6500 federal tax. I submitted for payment plan with IRS, however when I log in to IRS and looked at balance it said $0.
Where do I take care of this payment?

Pay as much as you can as soon as you can. It doesn’t matter whether the IRS has processed your return and shows the balance yet.
