But we just might have some surprises up our sleeves with new tools 🧰 to fight back with this time, my hope and others building in the industry hoping that Self Sovereign Digital Identity and Zero Knowledge Proofs is the Trojan Horse that flips the table on these Senators and regulators and Central Banks and Treasury Dept hell bent on draconian KYC laws to try and attempt to do what they always do. I don’t disagree with you about these scumbags trying to restrict common people from accessing crypto but I do think inherently crypto trading is all moving on-chain anyway and tokenization will need a market place to be used in new innovative ways. The alternate way it can play out is tokenization adds rocket fuel to DeFi on public blockchains and private layer 2’s.

Has anyone been taxed yet on a currency ?? How can a currency be taxed if deemed a currency ?? , If you exchange your Dollars for pounds and you get more pounds for your Dollar you dont get taxed on the difference in value ! Let's also add theres no regulations as yet to bring in a law to enforce a tax on a digital currency or protect the consumer from any kind of losses through platforms going under ! To enforce a law you have to have in place legislation !!!
