I’m currently doing more day trading because market volatility is so high and feel like I can profit from it – but these are risky strategies so bear that in mind. However even for buying investments to hold – this is a great app.
Pros:
– Can buy fractional shares
– Unlimited free trades if you are a metal user (Costs $15/month)
– Premium Account = $10/month = 8 free trades/month
– Standard Account = (FREE) = 3 free trades/month
If you pass your free trade limit – trades cost $1 each which is still pretty darn good.
– No inactivity fees
– No withdrawal fees

Cons:

Now despite all these things going against it, I still enjoy using this app, and it’s my preferred way to day trade. So I would still recommend it if you’re thinking about getting started and don’t know where to start. I believe they are also working on an update which should be out soon and that might improve a lot of the interface/metric points I made. At least I really hope it does. I always thought investing was so confusing and scary and not something I could ever understand, but if you are still here then hopefully I’ve been able to show you how simple it can be. Furthermore even if you don’t have tonnes of money, YOU DON’T HAVE TO, even if you start by investing say £/$10/month, instead of spending that on crap – it’s money that will grow and mature over time and help you become financially free in the future.

Yeah, I just started playing with $5.00 USD Litecoin, $5.00 USD Dodgecoin and a $16.00 USD stock and I already felt the need of spreadsheed.
I will start documenting everything I do, but I think I was quite lucky, earned $2.00 USD with a $10.00 USD investment in just 10 days and it feels nice.
I will also add some strategies, like keeping 10% of the coins / shares for long term instead of cashing out everything.

One downside is that your revolut menu as a Metal holder is different to the standard (or certainly different to mine) and I find the standard to be really bad.
