It’s like reading books about water politics in Los Angeles at the beginning of the 20th century.
But we’re reliving it. Who will be the next Mulholland? And where will they find the oasis I hope to the west to the ocean but I think they’re too stupid.

And in a roundabout way it is.
I don’t see how Blockchain helps replenish a depleted underground aquifer system, which as it’s depleted, the land subsides.
As the land subsides (elevation change), the canal systems and aqueducts are greatly affected as their profiles can change drastically— engineering nightmare!
