Can you point to a piece of legislation that says BTC has legal clarity and not just opinion? XRP is the only one that has legal clarity. The judge ruled the tokens themselves are not securities only some early sales to investors are deemed to be 'investment contracts'. The judge simply used the SEC's rules to apply the law.
You must never mislead people into thinking BTC is the only 'safe' option. It's not.

ADA is probably the most promising coin on this bear market.. haters will say no but the reports say yes… Hydra is not yet fully deployed and that will allow it to go to 1,000,000 + tps.. he did not say anything negative about ADA.. plus why rush a good thing.. look at ETH and SOL when you rush software… any changes in ADA you don’t have to fork it like ETH..
