The market is very unstable, and you cannot tell if it's going bearish or bullish. Mick, Stellar is apart of the PWG or Presidential Working Group for crypto. They are the crypto company with that distinction. They also co authored the FED's paper on crypto. You also may be correct in your assumption with Stellar and the EUST (euro coin) as Circle is involved.
