Royal Bank is the largest Bank in Canada, but certainly NOT the Central Bank or a reserve Bank.
The Bank of Canada is the Central Bank and has nothing to do with RBC
There are 5 Major Banks in Canada

CIBC
Bank Of Montreal (BMO)
Scotiabank
Of these 5 I have heard of 3 being involved with Ripple

Canada just passed a law for online and youtube and podcasts and news that all the online stuff and podcasts are going to be regulated and monitored by the same people that control there tv and radio stuff so they can accept what's true or false and not ( fake or anti Canada government news) pretty much took there freedom of speech away for online platforms in Canada
